 EDITOR REVIEW: OYARZUN-OIARTZUN. This restaurant, which is housed in what is perhaps the oldest house in the valley, is located about five miles from San Sebastián. From several tables in the dining area, you have views of beautiful rolling hills. Chef Abelaitz's carefully chosen "Menú de Degustación" comes highly recommended, and it is hard to go wrong with such entrées as lobster cooked in cinnamon or risotto-topped roast pigeon. An à la carte menu is available. Reservations are recommended. |
